Oklahoma utility line access order under review
The State Corporation Commission heard motions to rescind a ruling barring utility lines on private property and to extend the rule to all utilities. OG&E and builder groups back the change while contractors oppose widening the scope and say customers would pay for services. Commissioner Privett took the motions under advisement with a ruling not yet issued.
