Copeland Brothers representing Gulf Oil won the Altus city bid to supply fuel for the next fiscal year. Regular gasoline at 26.4 cents per gallon and ethyl at 29.9 cents, both above current rates. A half-cent per gallon monthly discount is offered, offset if supplier costs rise. Estimated annual need is 150000 gallons.
