Area Driver Dies In Auto Accident
A woman, Connie Dian Waldon aged 29 of Chickasha, died at the scene when a car veered off U S 81 in Grady County at 12 45 a m after her husband apparently fell asleep at the wheel. Ervin C Waldon, 35, the driver, was hospitalized in fair condition with head cuts and a fractured pelvis. The crash left 322 highway deaths for the year, compared with 347 at the same point last year.
