Disenbacher of Astoria, N.Y. was court martialed for pulling him free from bunk and injuring him. Roberts found guilty of one charge. Maximum penalties included six months hard labor and forfeiture of pay. Court limited punishment to rank cut and 90 dollars monthly for two months.
