Half of charges against judge Graham thrown out
The state Court on the Judiciary trimmed about half of the allegations against suspended Oklahoma County Associate District Judge Gar C. Graham. The defense planned to present its case at 9 30 a m. The attorney said dismissals show the panel wants to hear evidence from our side. Witnesses included 12 district judges who testified Graham sought front page exposure through attacks on public officials like Curtis Harris.
