Ima Louise Richardson, 35, of Lawton, sentenced to two concurrent three year terms after pleading guilty to unauthorized use of a stolen credit card. Judge J. Winston Rabern revoked her suspended sentence tied to prior felony bogus check charges and restitution orders.
The Montego Bay motel and apartment complex near Gore Boulevard was purchased by two St. Paul firms. Lawton International Hotel Company, formed by Resort Managers Inc. and Motel Investment Co., bought the property on June 24 from Montego Bay Properties Inc. The buyers also own Space Center Inc. in St. Paul.
The Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge hosts a free Friday night program at Camp Doris Amphitheatre starting at sundown. Three films will be shown with discussion on natural resources including All The Difference from Eastman Kodak, The Enduring Wilderness from the Canadian Film Board, and It Began With Birds from the National Audubon Society, totaling about two hours.
