Woman Dies In Car Crash North of Anadarko
Eleanor Tahmukera 61 a Lasstori woman died of injuries from a two guard post one car crash on U S 277 at the north edge of town Sunday morning. Her husband Tahmasekera 27 was critically injured and transferred to a veterans hospital in Oklahoma City. The car left the left shoulder at high speed, hit guard posts and overturned. Burglar Blasts Open Boulevards Pharmacy Safe
A narcotics thief entered Boulevard Pharmacy at 11th and Ferris by destroying a roof access and blew open an unlocked safe. An undetermined amount of narcotics and derivatives plus under $100 in cash were stolen. The break in occurred between 10 p.m. Saturday and 9:15 a.m. Sunday. Police recovered dynamite remnants and related tools at the scene.
