Supreme Court allows juror bias questions in race cases

The decision does not extend to other forms of prejudice, such as against beards or boards, and cites the 14th Amendment as grounds for juror questioning on race. In a separate Kansas report, authorities investigated a break-in at the National Guard Armory vault in Council Grove with guns missing and FBI involvement expected.
