Three Oklahoma officers dismissed over alleged excessive force
In Muskogee three policemen were dismissed after a weeklong probe into Feb 9 questioning of a 19 year old suspect. Detective Louis Peabody retired after 20 years, John Kevin Barry resigned, Bennie Johnson was fired and plans to appeal. The probe contrasted with other state civil policy moves today.
