Upper IOOF section suffered core damage while the hat factory endured smoke and water loss and stock protection efforts. Investigations into cause continued as officers noted flames emerged from the heating area at 5 13 a m. Co owner Mrs John L Moore said a merchandise check would determine full losses and noted a large spring hat stock. The Odd Fellows own the building and lease the first floor to the hat shop.

Youth Admits Killing Parents
