Freedom Denied Figure In 1958 Killing Rampage
The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied freedom to 14 year old Caril Fugate who rode with Charles Starkweather during the 1958 Nebraska Wyoming killing spree in which 11 people died. Starkweather died in the electric chair in 1959. The court upheld a lower court ruling.
