Skylab 3 aboard the Apollo ferry reports a repeating klunkity-klunk sound similar to an earthquake, heard by Commander Gerald Carr during system checks. Crew mates Pogue and Gibson did not hear it as mission control notes a main gyro fluctuating and increased electrical load while spinning, with no immediate cause found.
