Reapportion Move Faces Opposition From Nesbitt Ally
Oklahoma City UPI Norian Reynolds criticizes Charles Nesbitt for asking the state Supreme Court to reapportion the legislature under a different plan. Nesbitt seeks a district emphasis in a 91 member House and 60 member Senate to reflect areas more strongly. A federal three judge court reapportioned last July on equal population.
