A Continental Airlines Viscount with 38 aboard made an emergency landing at Carswell Air Force Base after a nosewheel jam. The wheel came down as the pilot taxied in. All passengers moved to rear. the crew fought to lower the nosewheel and landed safely with limited fuel.
