Oklahoma City August 29. Highway Patrolman Gilbert Dougan arrested George Wilson after a hit and run on U S 62 north east of the city. Wilson, 23, fled the scene, tried to leap from the patrol car, and seized a shotgun. Disarmed by Dougan and bystanders, he was later found driving a stolen car from Green Pastures and booked for reckless driving, license violation, and auto theft.
