Hughes Will?, Three scrawled pages probated in Hughes estate
Three handwritten pages, naming the Mormon Church and a Utah gas station owner as each receiving one sixteenth of Howard Hughes estate, likely valued up to 2.5 billion dollars, were sent to probate in Las Vegas. Noah Dietrich, the executor named in the document, called it legal procedure, while church officials urged handwriting verification and a court trial on authenticity.
