Jury to Decide Stronger Charge Against Genet
Oklahoma City UPI The Oklahoma County grand jury, to be called Friday, will determine if stronger charges will be filed against Max Genet Jr. the former director of the state department of commerce and industry. Genet already faces two counts of diverting state funds. A county attorney staffer said the charges are obscure and hard to prove. The grand jury could charge forgery grand larceny or obtaining money under false pretense. Genet is free on bonds totaling 10500.
