Mullendore Ranch Sued Over 4Million Promissory Note
North Western Mutual Life Insurance seeks payment on a 4 million promissory note tied to the Mullendore estate with 15 mortgagees totaling about 2 million. E C Mullendore III, a Oklahoma ranching heir, was killed at his Osage County ranch last September. The suit names Eugene C Mullendore and Kath leen Mullendore and Linda Vance Mullendore among others. The note offered 100000 annual payments plus 7 percent interest through 1992 with a first due Dec 1 1970 plus 266000 in interest.
