Indiana crop report outlines state wheat oats and corn yields

Reports to the State Board of Agriculture show Indiana wheat at 2,700,000 acres yielding 13 bushels per acre for 35,100,000 bushels, oats over 900,000 acres at 29 bushels per acre for 26,100,000, and corn at 3,000,000 acres with an indicated 122,100,000 bushels. Wheat output is below last year, exportable surplus limited to 5,000,000. The corn crop is described as the finest yet.
