Private buyers acquire historic post office site in Kansas
After the postal service vacated the building owned by the State of Kansas and the University of Kansas, private investors purchased it in 1999. The buyers formed Postal LLC, tied to individuals linked with The World Company, parent of the Lawrence Journal-World and Sunflower Broadband.
