Interfaith group mobilizes to push campus carry repeal in Kansas
Kansas Interfaith Action plans to lobby the Legislature after session resumes to change the campus carry law set to take effect July 1 2017. The group hosted about 40 at Ecumenical Campus Ministries KU and aims to visit Wichita State and Kansas State to boost faith leader involvement in opposing guns on campuses. A concert against campus carry at Liberty Hall in Lawrence raised funds and awareness with Victor and Penny Barclay Martin Ensemble and more.
