Chicago Sept 25 The Civic federation of Chicago authorized its president Franklin H Head to appoint a 25 member committee to organize a national civic federation. The group will include men from diverse regions and social and economic areas to discuss national issues and influence legislation. It aims to extend the four days trust conference by enabling practical, wide range deliberation and follow up work.
