Week End Motor Accidents In and Around Lawrence
Eleven people were involved in week end motor accidents near Lawrence with no severe injuries. Two cars on highway 10 west of the Eudora bridge collided near 11 pm Saturday, badly wrecking both cars and injuring occupants including Miss Retha Breeze and Harvey Fullerton. Fullerton had a fractured wrist. Breeze was bruised but left hospital for school duties. Additional incidents include S J Silverstein's Oldsmobile axle failure on Highway 40 near Willard and a reckless driving charge against Ray Morris Miller after Mabel Fanning was struck.
