Peaslee Tech taps Kelley for program leadership in Lawrence
Kelley, a Lawrence native with past roles at University of St. Mary and Donnelly College, becomes Peaslee Tech program manager. He aims to grow offerings to 24 and push accreditation with Kansas Board of Regents while guiding finances through grants, tuition, and potential endowment. He notes a $15 million mortgage balloon and seeks city, county, and lender support to sustain the school’s workforce pipeline.
