Body Fisher Near Changpo River Says He Keeps Faces Submerged
Wei Jinpeng hunts corpses from the Yellow River cove near Changpo Village in China. He drags up 80 to 100 bodies a year for grieving families, often charging for face viewing and removal, with many victims reportedly female migrant workers from Lanzhou. The practice, called body fishing, is a growing, controversial trade tied to economic upheaval and crime hints.
