Judge dismisses Stouffer plagiarism suit against Rowling

U S District Judge Allen G Schwartz ruled against Nancy Stouffer in a plagiarism case involving J K Rowling. He found only minimal similarities between the Harry Potter works and Stouffer’s The Legend of Rah and the Muggles and said Stouffer perpetuated a fraud through fraudulent documents and untruthful testimony.
