Three parents face federal charges over a house fire that killed five children including Barbara and Janette Ables and Barbara Brown. Indictments filed on 15 counts include arson resulting in death, mail fraud, and conspiracy. The Nov 21 blaze killed Brown’s children ages 8 9 and 10 and Ables’ children ages 3 and 5.
