Joint city county school board meet on plan and Tyson plant
The Douglas County Commission Lawrence City Commission and Lawrence school board hold a 4 to 530 pm joint meeting at Baker Wetlands Discovery Center to discuss the comprehensive plan update and the Tyson chicken processing plant proposed for Leavenworth County. The agenda includes bus service safety routes and internet for low income residents. The meeting is open to the public.
