Plaintiffs Larry Whitton and Gary, LLC filed claims against Deffenbaugh alleging improper pricing and contracting practices for base rate increases fuel charges environmental and administrative fees on commercial accounts. A settlement offers potential payment to those who entered written contracts paid these fees or increases and received services between May 1 2007 and June 30 2015.
