Task force member cites KU library funding as priority

Wax Ignites In Machine At TRW Crescent Wire Plant

Lawrence fire crews were called to the TRW Crescent Wire and Cable Co plant on Rt. 1 about 8 a.m. today after wax overheated in a machine used to apply a protective coating to wire caught fire. No damage was reported.
