Gordon Martin Dies of Cancer at 58 in Topeka
Gordon Peck Martin a former AP reporter and longtime editor of the Topeka Capital editorial page died in a Topeka hospital at age 58 after a 38 year newspaper career. A native of Hope Kansas he worked at multiple papers including Garden City Telegram Independence Reporter Arkansas City Traveler and Santa Fe New Mexican.
