The Old Reliable Real Estate Agency Andrew Tosh & Co lists farms and houses for sale in Lawrence Kansas. Properties include a two story brick house on Mississippi street with 5 rooms priced at 1450 and a 34 acre suburban fruit farm for 1100, plus several frame houses with prices ranging from 550 to 2500 and farms of various sizes up to 165 acres with prices from 2000 to 4000. Printed lists of farms for sale are available on application at No 4 Massachusetts street.

Notice is hereby given that the Eighteenth Representative District Republican convention will be held in the city of Lawrence at the courthouse on the 37th day of September at 10 o clock in for the purpose of nominating a representative for said district. Primaries will be held at the usual voting places on the 9th day of September between 2 and 4 p.m. in Wakarusa and Eudora townships and in the Third ward of Lawrence between 6 and 8 p.m. Wakarusa is entitled to fifteen delegates Rudorm twelve Think ward eleven By order of representative committee.

The Democratic Greenback convention shows a full ticket and boisterous mood, with Charles Schaffer as representative and James McKee as county attorney among nominees.
