Thomas A. Thompson of Kansas City Kansas entered innocent pleas to fourth degree manslaughter and possession of a concealed weapon charges. A preliminary hearing was waived and he was bound over to district court. A 7.1 millimeter pistol was found under the driver’s seat. The crash killed Robert Lee Farmer and Elmer M. Parmer as Thompson’s car collided with a motorcycle and struck a power pole.
