Arm-wrestling champ to defend state title in Kansas
Cheryl Harper, a 5 foot 5 inch 118 pound grandmother, defends the Kansas State Women's Light weight arm wrestling title at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson. Harper cleans up in contests since 1982 with a globe trotting career and credits country work, not gym training, for her strength. She values camaraderie and memorable moments over competition.
