Study links brain tumors to analog cell phones
A Swedish study ties long term analog cell phone use to a higher brain tumor risk, with 30 percent overall and 80 percent after more than a decade. The report, cited in an $800 million Motorola suit brought by Christopher Newman, contrasts digital phones’ lower radiation. Motorola questions recall bias while Newman alleges tumor development from 1992 to 1998 analog use.
