Lawrence schools honor 10 years of LEAP partnerships
Lawrence public schools and businesses celebrated a decade of collaboration led by Ed Meyen of the University of Kansas. At the Douglas County 4-H Fairgrounds the ceremony honored 15 partners, including Hallmark Cards, Del Monte Foods, Hy-Vee, and Hallmark, for contributing cash, in kind gifts and volunteer hours during 2002-2003.
