Grandparents Day at Langston Hughes School
First graders at Langston Hughes School celebrated Grandparents Day with a fun cheer story songs and activities. Relatives from Topeka and elsewhere attended including Kayden Pursley’s grandmother and grandfather. The day featured sign language ABCs a lemonade and cookies moment and guest grandparents sharing memories with students.

English teacher honored for devotion to student fitness
