Judge Paddock to hear Wichita Federal case next week
Douglas County District Court Judge James W. Paddock was appointed by the Kansas Supreme Court to hear oral arguments in Wichita Federal Savings and Loan Assn. v. Gale D. Black due to a conflict involving Justice Richard W. Holmes. The hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. Monday with a decision expected by Oct. 27. Parking lot 124 at Memorial Stadium will be closed for Saturday's KU Louisville football game because the grass lot is too wet.
