Arraignment Set for Driver in Franklin County DUI Crash
Ivan Gibler of Baldwin faces a driving while under the influence charge in Franklin County Court with an arraignment scheduled for Wednesday. He drove the car that crashed on a Franklin County highway near Baldwin, killing Seth Ira Welsh, 37, and injuring two others, Opal Welsh and Mrs. Gibler, both listed in good condition at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
