Emporia Kan Sept 8 a sharp drop in polio cases is reported by Homer Davis director of the state office of the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis. There were 187 polio cases in the state through Sept 2 down from 450 in the same period last year. Twenty four new cases were reported last week vs 33 the prior week. UN Council Rejects Soviet Demand to Omit Yearly Report

Kinase Power and Light Announces Five Million Dollar Building Expansion
