Developer to raze Allen Press site in downtown Lawrence
Tony Krsnich, the buyer, overseeing demolition of the former Allen Press building on Lith and New Hampshire streets. A track hoe began punching holes as the cinderblock structure falls, clearing a straw covered lot. He envisions a multistory affordable housing project with ground floor commercial space, replacing decades of industrial press activity.
