Whistle blower wins appeal in EMT dispute
A former Jefferson County EMT Dave Woodard who says he was fired for exposing EMS administration concerns won an appeal. The 10th Circuit ruled the federal court should hear the case, reversing a summary judgment that sent it to state court. Woodard claimed asbestos removal concerns and alleged falsified records and misconduct by EMS officials.
