Explosion injures six in Joplin office and hotel
An upstairs office above Wilder’s Restaurant in downtown Joplin was wrecked by a deliberately planted dynamite blast. Six people were injured, one critically, with a four foot hole over the desk and damage to a nearby apartment and lounge. Police called it attempted murder.
