Cincinnati AP report describes Officer Kevin Crayon, 40, dragged about 800 feet while trying to seize keys from a car driven by 12 year old Courtney Mathis. Crayon died from head injuries after being knocked from the vehicle, Mathis died four hours later after surgery. Courtney allegedly shot by Crayon during the struggle.
