Washburn pledges to stop campus sexual violence
Washburn University faculty staff and students pledge to combat sexual violence on the Topeka campus as part of the It’s On Us campaign. President Jerry Farley notes safety remains a priority while refuting a rampant problem and calls for personal responsibility and survivor support. The pledge aligns with federal inquiries over policies and procedures following a campus sexual assault complaint and ongoing investigations.
