Fiverlasting Punishment Theme in Christian Science Lesson

The Sunday Lesson-Sermon across Christian Science churches on October 30 centers on the theme of eternal punishment. The Golden Text warns rebels seeking counsel apart from God, while a Psalms passage notes the Lord’s judgment and the snares of the wicked. A correlative from Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy states that causing suffering through sin aims to destroy sin, with perceived pleasures yielding pain until material life is rejected.
