Doctors to sue over new Kansas abortion clinic rules
Three abortion doctors in the Kansas City area plan to sue over revised clinic rules, arguing they remain unreasonably burdensome. The Center for Reproductive Rights and other attorneys said the changes do not fix key flaws, preserving restrictions on drug dispensing, record access, and recovery-room wait times. The rules take effect Nov. 14 after a federal judge blocked the originals pending trial.
