Former grid star dies in Hamilton Montana veteran KU letterman
John Algie a Hamilton civil engineer and football star at Kansas University around the turn of the century died here. He earned his first football letter in 1899 under Fielding H. Lehr Construction wins Fort Leavenworth barracks contract
A $114,981 contract for 14 additional barracks at Fort Leavenworth’s reception center was awarded to Lehr Construction Co of St. Joseph Missouri. Work must be finished by January 10 1941.
