City approves animal nuisance ordinance and planning actions
The City Commission gave final approval to an ordinance making it a misdemeanor to harbor animals or birds that cause noise or offensive odors. It also approved amendments to the off street parking code for used car lots and rejected several rezonings including Fifth and Wis Streets, North Second and Lyon Streets, and South Hills additions.
