Pro Clinton rally draws small Ellipse turnout

A We the People rally in Washington at the Ellipse drew just over 100 people, plus bystanders and reporters, despite Internet promotion. Organizer Darrell Hampton, a Dayton ad man, touted speakers denouncing Kenneth Starr and urged citizens to “fight back” as Clinton’s helicopter departed. Attendance fell short of hopes, blamed partly on late notices.
